This service supports celebrations hosted in private homes, restaurants, rented venues, and off-site locations where you want the same level of intention and coordination — without needing full-service event planning or an on-site team.
We focus on the behind-the-scenes work leading up to your event, ensuring everything is thoughtfully planned, confirmed, and in place before you arrive. Once the day begins, you step in as the host and enjoy the moment with confidence that everything has been handled.
